Brandeis Alumni, Family and Friends

My Brandeis Gateway is a new way for Brandeis alumni to manage their relationship with the university and connect with classmates. It launched on April 18, 2024.

Go to My Brandeis Gateway login page to sign up for an account. Click the “Create an Account” button. Sign up with a non-Brandeis email. Within 1-3 business days, you’ll receive a confirmation email to create your password. We will confirm your connection to Brandeis and to ensure you do not have an existing alumni account. This will help to reduce potential phishing or fraudulent claims to your alumni account.

You can update your email, address, phone numbers, employment information, and social media handles on your My Brandeis Gateway profile page.

In order to further secure your account, we use the same 1-3 business day process to confirm your profile changes.

It is public to other Brandeis alums when they sign into My Brandeis Gateway; otherwise, it is not visible to anyone else. You can review our privacy policy.

Other Brandeis alumni will be able to view the information you choose to share in the directory. There are privacy settings in My Brandeis Gateway that allow you to share a great deal of information or as little as you like.

You can search the Alumni Directory by name, class year, location, etc.

You can make your donation to Brandeis through our Giving links. 

From the My Brandeis Gateway login page, use the “forgot username” or “forgot password” links to request a reset.

My Brandeis Gateway is a new way to manage your relationship with Brandeis. You can update your contact information, find your friends and classmates through the Alumni Directory, view your alumni supporting membership card, and submit a class note. B Connect is a networking community that allows Brandeis alums to connect with current Brandeis students and each other for career and mentoring purposes.

At this time, the two sites are not connected to one another. They are considered separate logins. You can use the same email address to create your accounts on both sites, though.
