Virtual Reunions
Virtual reunions are a great way for Brandeis alumni to stay connected when gathering in person is not possible. The Office of Alumni Relations is happy to help you schedule the next Zoom gathering for you and your classmates, teammates or group members. Learn more about how to do so below.

Zoom Reunion FAQs

Zoom is a free video conferencing application that can be installed to your computer or mobile device. Visit zoom.us to download it or find it in the App Store or Google Play Store.
If you do not wish to download the software, you may call in to your Zoom gathering by dialing one of the phone numbers provided.
If you are new to Zoom, check out our Zoom guide for beginners. In addition, Zoom.us has many resources to help you get started.

You can create a personal Zoom account for free (limited to 100 attendees and 40-minute meetings) or take advantage of our Brandeis-sponsored account for larger class gatherings.
If using the Brandeis-sponsored account, the Office of Alumni Relations will provide a unique Zoom link for your class and send a class-specific communication so everyone hears about it! All you have to do is select a date and time.
If you are new to Zoom (or new to hosting), we will provide a how-to guide with step-by-step tips and tricks.

The Office of Alumni Relations is happy to work with alumni volunteers to create a class-specific email communication so all members of your class receive an invitation. You are also welcome to share the link on your class Facebook page.
Check your email invitation regarding the Zoom gathering. The link was likely provided in the email.
If you are still unable to locate the link, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumniweekend@brandeis.edu, let us know your class year, and we can send you the link.
Make sure your Brandeis subscription preferences include reunion emails and that the email we have on file for you is correct. Your email address and preferences can be managed through B Connect.
