Greater Boston

We serve the 13,000 alumni who live in Central and Eastern MA, Rhode Island and Southern New Hampshire. The club hosts events with faculty and alumni speakers and authors, performing arts events, professional networking opportunities, family-friendly programs, athletic events, community service programs, Bold events and more.

  • Pulitzer Prize Winner Jack E. Davis, PhD'94 Speaks On Campus

    March 19, 2019

    Jack Davis, PhD'94 spoke to alumni, students, parents and friends about his book, "The Gulf: The Making of An American Sea," which won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for History.... President Ron Liebowitz attended the event, which included a book signing, and Michael Willrich, Leff Families Professor of History, introduced Jack at the start of the program. The event was co-sponsored by the Alumni Club of Greater Boston, American Studies Program, Department of History and Environmental Studies Program.

  • 13th Annual Celtics Event

    One hundred alumni, parents and friends cheered on the Celtics in their 129-120 victory over the Atlanta Hawks at the Alumni Club of Greater Boston's 13th annual Celtics event.... The group enjoyed the game from seats on the 9th floor Promenade of the TD Garden. John Parcellin '74, P'11 chaired the event.

  • Boston Alumni Cheer on the Bruins

    March 2, 2019

    The Alumni Club of Greater Boston held its 11th annual Bruins event, cheering on the hometown team to a 1-0 win over the New Jersey Devils.... Hal Leibowitz '82 chaired the event.

  • Brandeis Basketball in New York City

    February 23, 2019

    Close to 50 alumni, parents and friends cheered on the Judges against the NYC Violets at Hunter College Sportsplex.... Both women and men's teams were defeated with competitive scores. The Faculty Dining Room served a nice spread of refreshments for guests to enjoy during halftimes and between the games. The event was chaired by Rachel Nelson '13, Reed Zukerman '13 and Julie Perry '10.
