Elected board members act as a governing body to manage the affairs of the Alumni Association. Members of the board consist of the officers, members-at-large, presidents of all chartered regional alumni clubs, one graduate student representative, two undergraduate student representatives, and an alumni representative from each of the following schools and affinity groups: The Heller School for Social Policy and Management, International Business School, Friends of Brandeis Athletics, Alumni Admissions Council (AAC), and the Brandeis National Committee (BNC). The officers and the members-at-large are nominated through a nominations and election committee and are ultimately elected by the total alumni body. Club presidents and alumni representatives are appointed by the president of the Alumni Association. The full board meets twice a year.
