Instructions for Submitting Questions

1.  Email questions to: facultyforum@alumni.brandeis.edu

2.  Submit questions via instant messenger to the buddy name: brandeisfacforum

IM Requirements: Use or create a web-based or downloadable instant messenger account.  You need to *signup* for an account if you do not already have one.

Compatible IM programs: AIM Express, AOL or GoogleTalk


Step 1: Click here to go to: AIM EXPRESS: (web-based)

Step 2: Create an Account- TIP: Insert numbers in the middle of your password

Step 3:  After registering for an account: Launch AIM EXPRESS (click Launch AIM Express button, once on page).

1. At the Sign-In Window Box Enter Account Name

2. Enter Password

3. Sign-In

4. Click Menu, on bottom left-corner

5. Click Add Buddy

6. Enter Buddy: brandeisfacforum

7. Click (add buddies) to add brandeisfacforum to buddy list

8.  During Q&A Segment, Type in your question, please be sure to include your name, class year and location

How to add buddy: Add the buddy name "brandeisfacforum" to your buddy list. Under the menu click on the ‘add buddy' link, and enter 'brandeisfacforum' into the list.  Select the "buddies" option to add. Once submitted, you can start a conversation by selecting the name and typing your question.

If you have AIM or GoogleTalk:

1. Add buddy: brandeisfacforum 

2. Submit questions
