The DoubleTree Guest Suites, Waltham

The DoubleTree Guest Suites in Waltham has been designated the official hotel for Reunion 2010. The hotel is offering a special reduced rate of $115.00 per evening for guests attending Reunion weekend.

To reserve a room online, please visit your class specific accomodations page.  You may also call The DoubleTree Guest Suites at 1-800-222-Tree by May 20, 2010. Indicate that you are attending the Brandeis University Reunion to take advantage of the reduced rate. Subject to availability.

Campus Residences

Campus housing is available for Reunion participants at a rate of $50 per person, per evening, including linens and towels. Ziv Quadrangle (located across from the Ridgewood Dormitories) offers six-bedroom suites with single beds in each room, a common living area, and two bathrooms with showers. If you are interested in staying on campus while attending Reunion, please indicate that on your registration form. Housing arrangements will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no double beds available.

Campus housing checkout is at 12 pm on Sunday. Alumni who choose to stay on campus will be charged $200 for lost or unreturned keys.
