Henry Grossman '58 profiled by '60 Minutes'

As a young photographer during the early 1960s, Henry Grossman ’58 enjoyed unusual access to President John F. Kennedy and the Beatles. The photos he was able to capture — startling in their directness and intimacy, and many of them seldom seen — was featured by “60 Minutes” in a segment on Sunday, Nov. 10

Grossman, whose life and work was profiled in a Brandeis Magazine cover story last spring, began his illustrious career behind the lens while he was still a student at Brandeis. He took his first portrait of Kennedy when the future president visited the Brandeis campus in 1960 on the day he announced his run for the White House.
