Transcript of "How to register for Alumni Weekend 2021"

Hello and welcome! We’re excited for you to join us at Alumni Weekend, June 11-13!

Using the Register button on our Alumni Weekend homepage you’ll be taken to our Alumni Weekend events page.

Here, you’ll see a complete list of all of our events happening throughout the weekend.

You can search for a specific event, or use the filters on the left-hand side to specify different types of events you might be looking for. You can filter by date, reunion type or activity type. Selecting one of the filters will show you only the events in that category. Be sure to click ‘Apply Filters’ at the bottom to see those specific events.

If you want to see the complete listing of all events, just make sure you clear your filter selections.

To see additional details for an event, use the Details button. A small pop-up window will appear giving you a full event description, as well as the date, time, and price -- if applicable.

When you find an event you’d like to attend, use the Add button to add the event to your cart.

You can find a list of all the events you’ve selected, (the ones that are in your cart) by scrolling to the top of the page under the My Events section.

Changed your mind about one of the events? You can click the X next to the event name in your shopping cart, or use the Remove button for it to be removed.

When you’re ready to continue with the registration process, use the Checkout button and you will be taken to the registration form. Fill in your information, add in any guests, and select all the events you plan on attending. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your registration has been submitted. This confirmation email will have all of the zoom links to the events -- so be sure to keep it handy during the weekend! We’ll send you a reminder as well.
