Think back to when we were in school. What was happening on campus? Here's a sample:

• The commencement speaker was Pierre Mendes France.
• The senior speaker was Simon Arthur Sargon.
• Honorary degrees were awarded to Leonard Bernstein, Ernest Gruening, Alfred M. Gruenther, Dudley F. Kimball, Fritz Lipmann, Elmer McCollum, Pierre Mendes France, Edward R. Murrow, and Yigael Yadin.
• New buildings on campus included Rabb, Mailman Hall, and Slosberg.
• Saldi's was the place to go for pizza and beer.
• John F. Kennedy visited campus.
