Attention Alumni Artists and Authors!

Are you a visual artist or a published author? Brandeis alumni celebrating their Reunion in 2006 are encouraged to contribute to the Alumni Artists and Authors Exhibit. Works will be on display in the Student Art Gallery in the Carl and Ruth Shapiro Campus Center during Reunion weekend, June 9-11, 2006.

Please download the form below to list all of your published works. Please note that we are using this form both as a means to identify new works as well as a reference to confirm the publication(s) that we may already have in our Alumni Authors Archives. Although you are welcome to bring journal articles and other publications to Reunion for the display, we are able to only list and accept books with ISBN numbers for inclusion in the Alumni Authors Archives. For the exhibit, please donate two signed copies of your most recent works (within 5 years). Following Reunion weekend, one copy will be placed in the Alumni Authors Archives located in Goldfarb Library and the other will be sent to Brandeis House in New York City for display in its alumni authors' library. Please note that authors are responsible for sending their works to the Brandeis University campus prior to May 1 for inclusion in the exhibit.

Artists:

The works of painters, sculptors, printmakers, and photographers, along with the sketchbook drawings of architects, may be displayed. Please complete the back of this form and send slides or photographs of 5 to 10 pieces of your artwork that you would like considered for inclusion in the Reunion exhibit. Please include the medium and dimensions for each piece. If you have any questions, please contact Jill Ettori by phone at 781-736-4029 or email to jettori@brandeis.edu. You will receive notification of the works that have been selected, by the review committee, for the exhibit. Please note that artists are responsible for the transportation of their pieces to and from the Brandeis University campus.
