Reunion Shuttle Service The Brandeis Reunion Shuttle will run regularly throughout Reunion weekend. You may pick up a schedule at the Registration desk on campus or at The Westin Waltham-Boston. Parking Free parking is available on campus throughout Reunion weekend in “T” lot, located behind Spingold Theater. Please obey the parking regulations on campus throughout the weekend. The Westin Waltham-Boston provides parking for guests free of charge. Reservations Advance reservations and payments for Reunion registration are required by Friday, May 20. Onsite reservations will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. We can only guarantee admission to receptions and meal events to alumni and their guests who have preregistered. Attire Weather in New England can be unpredictable, so pack clothing for sun and rain. Be sure to pack comfortable walking shoes so you can navigate the rolling hills and pathways of our beautiful campus. The general attire for the weekend is casual, although you may want to pack something dressier for the Saturday evening Reception and Gala Dinner and Dance. The Ralph Norman Barbecue is a great place to break out your Brandeis hats, shirts, and other gear. Childcare Lemberg Children’s Center The Gersh and Sarah Lemberg Children’s Center, Inc., was founded in 1970 by members of the Brandeis University community who needed high-quality day care for their young children. The Center will be providing Reunion weekend supervision and activities for children of different age groups. To arrange for childcare during Reunion weekend, please call Howie Baker at 781-736-2200 or email lemberg@brandeis.edu by Friday, June 3. Meals If you did not prepay and preregister for Reunion, but space is available, you may purchase meal tickets at Reunion Headquarters while supplies last. We are unable to sell tickets at the door for meals requiring tickets. Kosher Catering on campus is supervised by Rabbi Chayim Zirkind and Rabbi David Twersky. The Kashruth of Sherman Dining Hall is affiliated with Bostner Rebbe of Brookline, Massachusetts. In order to keep the highest level of Kashruth, the Rabbis will not permit the University to offer hot items and china service outside of the Sherman Dining Hall in the Rita Dee and Harold Hassenfeld University Conference Center. Cancellation Policy If you must cancel your reservation, please notify the Office of Alumni Relations at Brandeis University, Reunion 2005, Mailstop 124, P.O. Box 549110, Waltham, Massachusetts, 02454-9110. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (postmarked by Wednesday, June 1), by fax to 781-736-4101, or via email to reunion@alumni.brandeis.edu. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 1.
