The first Alumni Term Trustee [ATT] was elected in 1977 to represent the alumni perspective on matters of importance to the University's Board of Trustees. Alumni Term Trustees are voting members of the Brandeis University Board of Trustees and are responsible for carrying out the duties expected of all Board members. Alumni Term Trustees also serve as ambassadors for the University by promoting alumni programs and help to generate support for Brandeis University from all aspects of the community.
