Brandeis at Work

Brandeis at Work is a joint initiative between the Brandeis University Alumni Association and the Hiatt Career Center to bring together Brandeis alumni where you work and facilitate meaningful professional connections. With Brandeis at Work, opportunities abound for networking up and across teams, developing a pipeline for talent recruitment and expanding corporate partnerships between Brandeis and your company.

Brandeis staff work closely with internal alumni champions to tailor events and programs to each company’s unique culture. From breakfast speaker series in your conference room, to alumni staff listservs, to happy hours at the bar down the street, Brandeis at Work brings Brandeis to you, making it easy to meet and reconnect with fellow alumni colleagues who share your double affinity.

    Sponsored by the Alumni Club of New York City and Evan List '08, vice president and financial advisor at Bernstein Private Wealth Management and chair of the Alumni Club of New York City Finance Network.... Nearly 200 Brandeis alumni, parents and friends gathered at Bernstein in New York City to hear from Nobel laureate and Brandeis Professor Michael Rosbash. He inspired the group with his stories of research, discovery and what it’s like to receive the early-morning call that you’ve been named a Nobel Laureate. It was great Brandeisian evening sponsored by the Alumni Club of New York City and Evan List '08, vice president and financial advisor at Bernstein Private Wealth Management and chair of the Alumni Club of New York City Finance Network.

    Thirty-five alumni, parents and friends attended the Alumni Club of South Florida's annual Faculty in the Field event hosted by Samara '95 and Peter Bober at their home in Hollywood. ... Professor Maura Jane Farrelly led the group in a discussion about "From Election to Investigation and all the 'Fake News' in Between: Media Coverage of this Presidency." Club president Serena Gober '07 was also in attendance and shared updates from campus.

    Philly-area Alumni and Friends Celebrate the Holidays

    More than 20 alumni and friends attended the Alumni Club of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey's inaugural holiday gathering. ... The group spent the evening at the iconic RiverRink and enjoyed refreshments in a private lodge overlooking the skating rink and the Center City skyline. Club president Adi Shmuel '08; Rachel Benjamin '14; Denise Silber Brooks '84, P'16; Christine Chilingerian '07 and Jessica Willingham '10 served on the event committee.
