The registration fee is $40* until May 19, then increases to $50.
The registration fee applies to the primary registrant of each party. One fee is charged per party. Each celebrating alum will receive a T-shirt and Reunion bag.
* Registration for Bold alumni (Classes of 2007 and 2012) is $30 until May 19, then increases to $40.
Pricing for each event will be displayed on the registration form available online in March.
The Boston Marriott Newton is the official hotel for Reunion 2017. The hotel is offering a special reduced rate of $139 per night for guests attending Reunion. You may reserve a room online or by calling 800-228-9290 or 617-969-1000 by May 15. Indicate that you are attending the Brandeis Reunion to take advantage of the reduced rate. Please note that a non-refundable advance payment on all nights will be charged to your credit card on April 1. If you book after April 1, you will be charged a non-refundable payment on all room nights.
On-campus housing in Ridgewood Residence Hall is also available at a rate of $75 per person, per night. Ridgewood features four-bedroom suites, with single beds in each room. If you are interested in staying on campus while attending Reunion, please include this on your registration form. For special family housing, please call the Reunion office at 781-736-4071. Towels and linens are provided.

Free parking is available on campus throughout Reunion in Theater Lot (“T Lot”), located behind Spingold Theater. Take a left at the main entrance to campus and follow signs. Please obey the parking regulations on campus.
General attire for the weekend is casual. The Ralph Norman Barbecue is a great place to break out your Brandeis hats, shirts and other gear. Remember, weather in New England can be unpredictable, so pack clothing for rain or shine. Be sure to include comfortable walking shoes so you can explore our beautiful campus. For class dinners, many alumni choose a range from dressy casual to cocktail attire.
Throughout Reunion, golf carts will be available for use in transporting alumni around campus. The Reunion staff works to ensure that as many events as possible are handicap accessible. A hot kosher Shabbat meal will be offered on Friday night in Sherman Dining Hall. All kosher meals served outside of Sherman Dining Hall will be served cold in order to maintain kosher guidelines. Please sign up for kosher meals in advance on your Reunion registration.
Yes. Lemberg Children’s Center is happy to arrange childcare for parents who wish to have a sitter in their hotel or on-campus housing. The sitters are students, many of whom work at Lemberg Children’s Center. Though the arrangements are made privately between the caregiver and the parent, Lemberg Children’s Center will coordinate connecting parents with a sitter. Hotel room childcare arrangements must be made by May 12 to ensure a sitter. We cannot guarantee sitters after this date.
